How do I get my download?
Straight after checkout you’ll see a download link, and the same link arrives by email. It’s also saved under My Account → Downloads.
What file formats do you use?
Most products are PDFs. Templates are Notion or Canva links (delivered inside a short PDF) or spreadsheet files for Excel and Google Sheets. Each product page lists its format.
Can I get a refund?
Because files are delivered instantly, sales are final. If a file is faulty, wrong or never arrived, email [email protected] within 14 days and we’ll fix it or refund you. See our Refund Policy.
Will it work on my phone?
Yes. PDFs open on any phone, tablet, e-reader or computer. Notion and Canva templates work in their free apps.
What are Ikigaii Originals?
Our exclusive line: products researched, written and designed in-house and sold only at ikigaii.store. See the Originals.
Do I need special software?
A free PDF reader covers most products. Templates need a free Notion or Canva account, or Excel / Google Sheets.
Can I share or resell what I buy?
No. Each purchase is a personal licence for one person. You can print and use it as often as you like, but not share, resell or republish it.
Can I use templates for client work?
You can use them to run your own business. Reselling them, or giving them to clients as templates, isn’t allowed.
Which currencies can I pay in?
Georgian lari (GEL) and US dollars (USD). You can switch at the top of the site.
My download link expired. What now?
Log in to My Account → Downloads, or email [email protected] with your order number.
