Digital products are final sale

Our products are delivered instantly as downloads, so we can't take them back once they've been accessed. For that reason, we don't offer refunds for change of mind.

When we will fix it or refund you

Email [email protected] within 14 days of purchase if:

• the file is damaged, won't open, or is missing pages;
• you received the wrong product;
• your download never arrived and we can't resend it; or
• you were charged twice for the same order.

We'll first try to fix the problem by sending a working file. If we can't, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Send your order number and a short description (a screenshot helps) to [email protected]. We reply within 1–2 business days.

Your legal rights

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you have under the consumer laws that apply to you.
